Platform rules

MapGoblin.lol is a public map where startups bid for placement. By listing on the map — including uploading a logo, writing a tagline, or linking to a website — you agree to follow these rules.

Prohibited content

You may not upload, publish, or link to any of the following:

• Adult or sexually explicit content. This includes pornography, nudity intended to arouse, sexually explicit imagery, and any other adult or NSFW material in logos, taglines, startup names, or other user-submitted content.
• Content linking to illegal websites. You may not link to sites that promote, facilitate, or distribute illegal goods or services; pirated or stolen material; malware or phishing; fraud; or any other activity that violates applicable law.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that promotes violence against individuals or groups.
• Impersonation, misleading claims, or content that infringes another party's intellectual property rights.

Acceptable use

Listings must represent a real startup, product, or service. Logos and taglines should be professional and appropriate for a public audience. Website links must go to the legitimate site for the listed product or company.

Enforcement

We use automated keyword filtering on text fields and may review reported or flagged listings. We may hide, remove, or refuse any listing that violates these rules without refund, and we may suspend repeat offenders. Payment records may be retained for accounting and compliance even when a listing is hidden.
